Job Summary
Handling all jobs related to E Commerce business and reporting day to day tasks for a product based Ecommerce firm on channels like Amazon, Paytm, Flipkart etc.Job Details
Key responsibilities include but not limited to Order Management - End to End Processing of online orders and dispatcha). Download order report, generate picklist and invoices, collect items from racks , print shipping label, packing in tamper proof covers , getting items ready for dispatch and updating shipping manifest, after dispatch.
b). Handle customer returns , COD returns and restocking.
c). Handle customer queries regarding the products and orders.
d). Inventory management.
e). Candidate should be able to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment.
